Very grateful for the lay chaplaincy training which has been very helpful and only wish I'd had this training a few years ago. Creating and working through case studies and learning from others case studies gave me new insight and helped move me from do no harm to helping others find answers they benefited from. Listening has never been a challenge for me, gentle probing never occurred to me; I am better able to serve others.
